Service Overview

The application provides the functionality to its users to learn the national TB elimination program guidelines in the easiest navigational way. If you come across a patient with signs or symptoms of TB, we request you to seek medical with the next steps and seek appropriate medical intervention.

Requirement for Use

To complete the entire registration process, you will have to agree to provide your information and GPS location and use a referral health facility if required. This will be used to allocate the nearest health facility where you can get yourself tested for TB or related health services mapped in the application. You acknowledge that this is only a learning tool and not a definitive diagnostic test; hence, you may be falsely assessed as having disease symptoms when one does not have the disease or is not being assessed as healthy, even if one has a disease or infection.

Use

You agree that you will only use this app in good faith and will not provide false or misleading information. You agree that you will not do anything to throttle, engineer a denial of service, or in any other manner impair the performance or functionality of the app; you agree that you will not use the app for any purpose for which it was not intended including, but not limited to, accessing information about registered users, identifying or attempting to identify other registered users or gaining or attempting to gain access to the cloud database of the service users choose to provide such information.

Site Visit data

This website records user's visits and logs the following information for statistical purposes -users' server's address; the name of the top-level domain from which users access the Internet (for example, .gov, .com, .in, etc.); the type of browser users use; the date and time users access the site; the pages users have accessed and the documents downloaded and the previous Internet address from which users linked directly to the site.

We will not identify or reveal users or their browsing activities, except when a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the service provider's logs.

Phone Number Management

During the registration process on our platform, you have the option to upload a profile picture. It will not be used for any other purpose without your explicit consent. We will not disclose your profile picture to any third parties without your prior consent. The profile picture will only be visible to other subscribers on our platform in the context of the leaderboard data.

Record Audio

We do not collect any audio from your device unless you specifically trigger the voice command function, and we do not share that data with anyone else other than as required by the API to interpret the audio commands. For example, some voice command software sends audio command snippets to a server where they are analysed & interpreted before the results are returned to the app so that your commands can be actioned. The companies we currently use for voice recognition are Google and Microsoft - details on how these companies treat your voice data will have to be reviewed on their own sites. We also rely on user’ device to predict text from audio input.

Privacy:

You hereby consent to the developers to collect and use your personal information to provide the services. You also consent to receive relevant notifications or calls from the developers or communication from the developers or health staff. You also agree to register yourself by providing the necessary information and allowing developers to use site visit data.

Collection of Personal Information

If users are asked for any other Personal Information, users will be informed how it will be used if users ask developers. If at any time users believe the principles referred to in this privacy statement have not been followed or have any other comments on these principles, please notify the webmaster through the contact us page.
